Terms of service
Last updated: May 23, 2026.
These terms of service (ToS) govern your use of the MyCellier site and app, published by MINDSERSIT (SASU, RCS Lyon 983 970 245, 155B rue Marcel Mérieux, 69007 Lyon, France). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Account
Account creation is free. You must provide a valid email address and choose a password meeting our security requirements. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials private; any action taken from your account is deemed taken by you.
Service
MyCellier is a personal pantry-tracking tool. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuity or freedom from error. We reserve the right to evolve features, interrupt the service temporarily for maintenance, or modify these ToS with reasonable notice.
Expected use
Expiry reminders generated by MyCellier are advisory and do not replace the dates printed on packaging or your own judgment. You agree not to use MyCellier for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt the operation of the service, and not to attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
Ownership
The code, marks, logo, and editorial content of MyCellier are the exclusive property of MINDSERSIT, in accordance with articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. The data you add (items, zones, notes) belongs to you and is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these ToS (abuse, attacks on the security of the service, fraudulent use).
Liability
MINDSERSIT cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from your use of MyCellier (food loss, undetected waste, network outage preventing alert delivery, etc.). Total liability is in any case capped at the amount paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the triggering event — that is, zero for free accounts.
Governing law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
