MyCellıer

Terms of sale

Last updated: October 22, 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the MyCellier Premium subscription, purchased online on mycellier.app by a consumer. They supplement the terms of service, which apply to every account. You accept them by ticking the box provided before payment.

2. Seller

MyCellier is published and sold by MINDSERSIT, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a share capital of €100, registered office: 155B rue Marcel Mérieux, 69007 Lyon, France, RCS Lyon 983 970 245, EU VAT FR 54 983 970 245. Customer service: support@mycellier.app.

3. The Premium service

Your pantry stays free, with or without Premium. Premium unlocks the emergency supply and every new mode added to MyCellier afterwards, at no extra cost: the subscription covers every mode, current and future. It is used from the MyCellier app, with an account whose email address is verified.

The emergency supply’s calculations are an organising aid, based on the information you enter. They replace neither the authorities’ instructions nor your own judgement; the official emergency kit list is published by the SGDSN.

4. Price

The Premium subscription costs €39.99 per year, VAT included. The VAT that applies depends on your country of residence and appears on your invoice. The price shown before payment is the price you pay.

MINDSERSIT may change the price. A new price never applies to the current period: you are told by email at least 30 days before the renewal it affects, and you can cancel before that date if you don’t accept it.

5. Order

You subscribe from the app’s Premium page: you ask for Premium right away by ticking the box provided (section 9), then you are taken to the secure payment page of our provider Stripe, where you accept these terms and confirm your order, which implies an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. A summary email is then sent to you: it confirms the subscription, your request for immediate access and your right of withdrawal.

6. Payment and invoices

Payment is by card or digital wallet, through Stripe. MyCellier neither sees nor stores your card details. The yearly amount is charged when you subscribe, then on each anniversary. Your invoices are available in Settings, under Subscription.

If a charge fails, it is retried for up to 14 days, and you keep Premium in the meantime; Stripe emails you to update your payment method. If no attempt succeeds, the subscription ends.

7. Access

Premium is available as soon as the payment is confirmed, on every device where you sign in to your account.

8. Term and renewal

The subscription is concluded for one year. It then renews automatically for one-year periods unless cancelled. In accordance with article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code, you are told by email, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of each period, of the renewal date and of your option not to renew.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

When ordering, you expressly ask for Premium right away, before that period ends, and you agree to pay for the days already used if you withdraw (article L221-25). If you withdraw, the subscription ends at once and you are refunded the unused part: amount paid × unused days ÷ days in the period, rounded down to the cent. The refund is made within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the payment method you used.

To withdraw, use “Withdraw” in Settings, under Subscription, or write to support@mycellier.app using the form in the annex or any other unambiguous statement.

The right attaches to the conclusion of each contract: a new subscription taken after a previous one ended opens a new period. Renewing a running subscription does not.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, from Settings, under Subscription, with the “Cancel my subscription” button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: Premium stays available until then and you are not charged again. Outside the right of withdrawal, the current period is not refunded.

Deleting your account cancels the subscription immediately, with no refund for the current period.

11. When Premium ends

When Premium ends, the emergency supply and the other Premium modes stay available read-only: you can still view and print them. Changes, calculations and reminders stop until you subscribe again; the last calculation stays on screen, with its date. Nothing is deleted: if you subscribe again, your data is as you left it and you can change it again. It is deleted only with your account, like the rest of your data.

12. Complimentary Premium

MINDSERSIT may give Premium for a limited time, for example to someone who contributes to the project. Complimentary Premium is free, with no payment method or commitment, and ends on the stated date. Seven days before that date you get a reminder; if you subscribe then, the first payment is on the day complimentary Premium ends, not before.

13. Guarantees and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). For any issue, write to support@mycellier.app.

MINDSERSIT cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from your use of MyCellier. Its liability is in any case capped at the amounts paid for Premium during the twelve months preceding the triggering event. These limits apply neither to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to personal injury, nor to the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

14. Personal data

The data the subscription needs is processed as described in the privacy policy.

15. Mediation

In case of a dispute, first write to customer service at support@mycellier.app. If no solution is found, you can refer the matter, free of charge, to the consumer mediator MINDSERSIT has signed up with (articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code): Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, www.cm2c.net.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute is brought before the court with jurisdiction under the ordinary rules.

17. Changes to these terms

The terms that apply are those in force on the day you subscribe. A new version applies from the next renewal, if you were notified at least 30 days before; you can cancel before that date if you don’t accept it.
